Orisa

"Orisa" is a captivating Nollywood film that plunges you into a world of mystery, power, and chaos. The story unfolds with a proud King (Odunlade Adekola) who's summoned by witches and accused of arrogance. His punishment? Madness that sends him fleeing from his palace. Femi Adebayo steps into the role of Komokomo, a bandit who terrorizes the townspeople, taking them as slaves and spreading fear like wildfire. with a mysterious connection to the Balogun (Muyiwa Ademola). The people of Ayedoja are desperate for their king to return and save them. But will he regain his senses in time? And what will become of the kingdom in his absence?

Directed by Odunlade Adekola and released in late July "Orisa" is available to watch in the cinemas.


Enoch

"Enoch" based on the life of the renowned General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A Adeboye. Produced by Mount Zion Film Productions and directed by Damilola Mike-Bamiloye, the film was released to much anticipation and takes viewers on a journey through Pastor Adeboye's life, highlighting his struggles, triumphs, and impact on the Christian community in Nigeria and around the world. The cast includes Adeola Abolaji, Adedeji Adekunle, Ojo Ayomide Emmanuel. This latest Nigerian Nollywood movie is a spiritual journey you can watch on YouTube.


Hotel Labamba

Hidden in plain sight, HOTEL LABAMBA is a sanctuary for those seeking exclusivity. Currently, the guests include SEXY ELLA (Lilian Afegbai), a popular Instagram influencer, and her rich boo, BIG BERRY (Lateef Adedimeji), who just flew in from North Cyprus. Also lodged in the hotel are the posh and suave HALIL OMAR (Atteh Daniel), in town to seal a deal, and PEARL, on a clandestine meeting with her husband's best friend.


But the hotel's tranquillity is shattered when someone winds up dead, and everyone becomes a suspect. This Naija film was directed by Biodun Stephen and written by Frances Okeke you can watch it in cinemas nationwide.


Akudaaya

A ghost story of reincarnation and an attempt to live a normal life, With eerie visuals, atmospheric direction, and a suspenseful plot, the film offers a unique blend of horror and folklore. It's a spine-chilling and mesmerizing experience that captivates audiences and lingers long after the credits roll. Directed by Olamide Akinmolayan, "Akudaaya" features a cast that includes Nollywood veteran Sola Sobowale, Olumide Oworu, Razaq Owokoniran, Hafiz Oyetoro, and many more. The film was released on August 4, 2023, so it can be watched in the closest cinemas to you.


House of Secrets

"House of Secrets" is a thrilling drama that follows the story of a sheltered woman whose past comes back to haunt her when she's thrown in jail for being an accomplice to her spy lover. Twenty years later, a group rescues her from jail and sets up a semblance of normalcy. Directed by Niyi Akinmolayan and written by Dolapo Adigun and Niyi Akinmolayan, the film stars Funlola Aofiyebi as Mrs. Lawal, Ebisan Arayi as Ehis, Taye Arimoro as Malik, Tobi Daniels as Mohammed, and many more.
